Job Responsibilities:
To develop the store business and achieve objectives on all aspects (turnover, team development, brand image and customer recruitment & loyalty).
- Manage boutique operations in detail at daily, weekly and monthly levels and set up procedures as well as manages budget and stock inventory.
- Recruit, train, coach, develop a team of Beauty Advisors and ensure team spirit and motivation
- Achieve business results in the areas of gross margin, staff turnover, promotability of management team, sales, payroll, and inventory shortage, as well as implementation and follow-up on training and development of Beauty Advisors.
- Ensure feedback and reporting to Retail Manager or head office
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with 3 years of experience in beauty/cosmetic industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team
- Strong passion in skincare
- Good command of English and knowledge in local dialects is an advantage
- Pleasant personality and outlook appearance
- Service-oriented with high motivation to excel in sales
